As a Director at BTI Building Solutions Michael brings a hands-on approach and extensive practical knowledge to the company. Michael has a carpentry background before moving into site management roles with one of canberra top tier builders. Leveraging his extensive 12-year experience in the construction industry.
His experience encompasses a wide range of skills and expertise, from high-end residential projects to large-scale commercial projects.
His dedication to delivering top-notch projects, combined with his collaborative approach and talent for building strong relationships, guarantees exceptional results for our clients.

Shawn Cui
DIRECTOR
As a Director of BTI Building Solutions, Shawn brings a high level of skill and expertise to all of our projects. Shawn started his journey as a building cadet while completing his Bachelor's degree in Building and Construction Management degree Shawn quickly climbed through the ranks to become a Project Manager with a number of Canberra’s leading builders and developers.
Shawns' input during the design and early phases of a project is what allows BTI to deliver high-quality and efficient projects, providing all stakeholders with a positive experience. Shawns' ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients, consultants, trades, and staff is a testament to the quality and success of his projects and the respect he holds within the industry.

PROJECT MANAGER
Patrick has a degree in Building & Construction Management & 8 years of experience in the construction industry working on a range of commercial construction projects of varying requirements. With expertise in multiple methods of construction using a range of materials, Patrick has developed a broad knowledge of quality construction and building techniques.
Patrick is a project manager with a passion for construction and enjoys the challenge of resolving complex problems to bring a project to fruition. He has a keen eye for detail and for preventing issues before they become larger problems. Patrick is ardent about building quality projects that will meet the expectations of stakeholders.
